Lucky Mechanic Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy
Lucky Mechanic strives to provide a transparent and fair refund policy for its vendors and
users. By registering on our platform and using our services, you agree to this Refund
Policy.
2. Vendor Listing Fees
• The $500 annual listing fee is non-refundable once the vendor listing has been
activated.
• Lucky Mechanic does not offer pro-rated refunds if a vendor decides to cancel
their listing before the end of their subscription period.
• If a vendor’s listing is removed due to a policy violation, fraudulent activity, or
misconduct, the listing fee is non-refundable.
3. Technical Issues & Platform Errors
• If a vendor experiences technical issues that prevent their listing from being
displayed correctly, Lucky Mechanic will assess the situation and may provide a
credit or refund at its sole discretion.
• Vendors must report any technical issues within 7 days of listing activation to be
eligible for a refund consideration.
• Lucky Mechanic is not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party
providers, internet outages, or vendor-side issues.
4. Duplicate Payments & Overcharges
• If a vendor is mistakenly charged multiple times for the same listing, they must
notify Lucky Mechanic within 14 days of the duplicate transaction to request a
refund.
• Refunds for duplicate charges will be processed back to the original payment
method within 7-10 business days.
5. Unauthorized Transactions
• If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred on your account, you must
contact Lucky Mechanic within 30 days of the transaction date to dispute the
charge.
• Lucky Mechanic will investigate unauthorized transaction claims and issue a refund
if deemed valid.
6. Refund Processing Time
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for
the refund to reflect in your account depends on your financial institution.
• Lucky Mechanic is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment
processors.
